I frequently utilize somatic/felt emotions, Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration, EMDR, and expressive arts (play/music/art). I am guided by hope and unconditional positive regard. The most important predictor of therapeutic success is the rapport/trust between the therapist and client. I offer a free 15 minute consult to ensure a comfortable fit. Through a supportive, holistic approach we will co-create paths to wellness. I have significant experience with workplace issues, activism, mixed race/first generation struggles, and life transitions. I have experience with self-harm, failure to launch, disordered eating, apathy, social/anxiety issues. I am a mixed-race person and a single mother by choice. I am currently accepting new clients. In person sessions available in Olympia. Telehealth/online counseling is available throughout Washington State.
